Lance Rodriguez, Assoc. AIA

Lance was raised in Las Vegas, NV and Kansas City, MO where he found early on his love for community engagement in the nonprofit sector and advocation, his love to community with his passion for creativity and design pushed him into the realm of architecture where that expectation builds off one another. Living in large cities and studying in the countryside allowed him to see the drastic archetypes that shape our environment and just how much design effects our everyday lives.

Lance, while at Kansas State University, was able to co-opt for an extended period of internship where he got to experience working in the education and public realm of architecture. He learned the pleasure of collaborative design, but also how much future-proofing research and curated learning spaces has on the next generation. Lance found his passion seeing his sketches become reality and the joy it brought the small communities he served.

Outside of the studio, Lance enjoys staying active outside in the NWA area, volunteering, nerding out to music and niche hobbies, being with family and friends, and overall meeting new people and exchanging stories.
