The Cardinal at West Center is a bold high density infill multifamily project focused on elevating community interaction and student living experiences by providing a sustainable, walkable, and modern healthy place. The energetic architecture hosts expansive balconies, active stairs and acute amenities to uplift the college experience. The typological model seeks to remove the casual car commute from the daily life of a resident by placing them adjacent to the University of Arkansas within a building that shifts drastically from the stylistic design norms—a strong shift from the predominantly suburban habits and experiences of most southern students.
